And so it goes with mittens.
If anyone sees INBA's pop up paw in the Giant Eagle... please save it for us. I finished it just the other day, he wore them only 2 mornings to school. *sigh* Oh, and they are red, of course.
He cried and cried and then demanded that I knit a replacement.
I sure hope they find it.

Ouch! Well at least there is the hope that you CAN knit a replacement. We had the discussion here this morning about keeping track of one's gloves. Why is it that they can only find them when it's 70 degrees out? :)

Aww. I-cord. Either a long one to go through his sleeves or short ones to button on his coat sleeves (but you'll have to sew on the buttons too.)

That would be aggravating as all get out - my kids had those cords that went across their backs and down the sleeves to keep this from happening, and it worked with mixed results. Hope it shows up.

Ugh, how frustrating! I hope you have enough yarn for a replacement-- and I do think it is endearing that he cried about it!
